以市场经济为导向发展“三高”生态林业

The Development of "Tri-high"Ecological Forestry by Market Economy

摘要: 本文分析了我国林业建设造林绿化中存在的主要问题；结合工作实践，提出了以市场经济效益为导向，发展高产、高质、高效的“三高”生态林业的理论思维、特点与对策；指出建设“三高”生态林业将是我国林业发展的重要途径。

Abstract: By analysis of the major problems in afforestation and based on pratical works the theory,characters and countermeasures for developing tri-high (high yield,high quality and high benefit) forestry by guidance of market economy were put forward.It was suggested that developing tri-high ecological forestry will be one of the most important ways for forestry development in China.
