摘要:本文通过对农村能源建设所涉及的农业生态经济系统特征分析，阐述了我国市场经济条件下农村能源综合建设的内涵与生态环境建设的关系以及农村能源综合建设规划的重要性。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the characteristics of agricultural ecoeconomic system concerned with the integrated rural energy eonstruetion，the relation of the integrated rural energy construction with the eco-environmental construction，and the importance of the programming for the integrated rural energy construction under the situation of market economy are discussed in this paPer．
