Abstract: Ways of utilization of biogas and its residues·their effects and benefits are discussed．It is pointed out that biogas fermentation system is a forming link of eco-agriculture,and plays an important role in agro-eco-eeonomic system and rural economic development．Thus it is an effective way for farmers to shed off poverty and become rich．
