Abstract: On the basis of analysis on many year’s experience in construction of eco-agrieulture and agricultural eco-englneering in China，the concept of eco-agriculture and agrieulture eco-engineering，its occurrence and development．some related theoties age discussed．The fetures of the Chinese agricultural eco-engineering and the difference between the Chinese eco-engineering and that of the western world are summarized.
