Abstract: The characteristics, the value and current status of cultivation and utilization, and future development trend of edible wild herbs production are introduced. The main kinds and their nutrition constitution of edible wild herbs in Taihang Mountain are also given. Finally, the research possibility of their industrial production is put forward.
