Abstract:
The mycelial respiration of several kinds of edible fungi was studied by employing close-road experimental equipment It was proved in our experiment that at low concentration,the CO
2 emission rate of all edible fungi were relarive higher,the order of CO
2 emission rate from high to low was Volvariella volvacea,
Flammulina velutipes,Pleurotus ostreatus,Hericium erinaceus,Ganoderma lucidum and
Grifola frondosa.The CO
2 ernission rate decreased at high concentration because the mycelial respiration rate was distinctly inhibited.With the same period the CO
2,emission rate of
Grifola frondosa was the lowest among all edible fungi studied.
