Abstract: Man-made forest management is an important component of forest resources cultivation and has important significance to the consolidation of greening achievements，the promotion of the forest quality and productive force of forestland．China’S tree plantation is ranking first in the world in terms of area，however，the management is extensive and the quality is inferior．The paper brings forward four intensive management orientations and developing countermeasures．
