Abstract: Ecoenvironmental problems in Junggar Basin mainly are the water resource shortage and secondary silinization of soil．To harness the Junggar Basin in accordance with their special ecoenvironmental problems，some development countermeasures are given such as carrying out the irrigation under film ，protecting and cultivating the desert vegetation，preventing the desert intrude towards the South，governing and developing the Basin reaso nably．
