摘要: 我国林地价格评估理论研究和实践工作目前尚处于探索阶段。在分析林地价格评估方法的基础上，提出我国林地评估方法体系，将评估方法划分为可用方法、常用方法和基本方法，并对各种方法进行应用评价。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of appraisal methods of woodland，the paper puts forward the appraisal methods system of woodland including feasible method，common method and basic method ．Application and choice of the above mentioned methods are presented and analyzed in the paper．
