摘要: 阐述了土地生态经济系统的形成与演化，揭示了土地生态经济系统的良性运行、土地生态经济生产力的维持与土地资源持续利用间的相互关联性，提出地租的生态经济观点并视其为土地资源持续利用的保证。

Abstract: The paper discusses the formation and evolvement of land eco-economic system and the relationships among land eco-economic system motion，conservation of land eco-economic productivity and sustainable use；and puts forward the eco-economic viewpoint of land tax being regarded as a guarantee of land sustainable use．
