Abstract: The existing problems and factors limiting agricultural sustainable development and construction in Zhejiang Province are stated．Some counterm easures for developing eco-agriculture are put forward，such as the improvement of the level of ecological agriculture construction and its content of technology，the investment and advance in the science and technology，the exploitation of the domestic and international markets and prompt industrialization of ecological agriculture construction，etc．
