  • 摘要: 生态安全是国家安全和社会稳定的重要组成部分。阐述了我国生态功能保护区建设的重要性及目前存在的主要问题。并阐明生态功能保护区建设的指导思想、基本原则、主要建设任务与实施措施。

     

    Abstract: Eco-safety is an important component of the national safety and social stability．The importance，existing problems，guiding ideology，basic principle，construction tasks and countermeasures of the construction of protection zone with ecological function in China are stated in this paper．
