摘要: 筒述了黄淮海平原农业生产的区位优势、水土资源与环境状况及农业能耗等态势，提出该区发展资源低耗生态农业模式策略，并分析论证了曲周模式可行性。

Abstract: The situations about the area predominance，water，soil and environment status，agriculture energy dissipation of agricultural production in Huan ghuaihai Plain are analyzed．The ecO—agriculture mode and countermeasures of resource low dissipation are put forward for the plain．Finally，the feasibility of Quzhou mode is demonstrated．
