洞庭湖区湖垸农业与退田还湖区替代农业模式研究

Embankment agriculture at Dongting Lake plain and substitutive agricultural mode after changing farmland into lake

摘要: 简析了洞庭湖区湖垸农业形成与洪涝灾害状况，并提出退田还湖湖垸实行避灾种植制度，建立高效替代农业发展模式的对策。

Abstract: The forming of embankment agriculture and the status of the flood and waterlogged frequency at Dongting Lake areas are stated.The main countermeasures of returning field to lake such as establishing the new patterns that the disaster was avoided and decreased by adjusting the production structure of agriculture，developing substitutive and high benefit agriculture patterns in Dongting Lake areas are put forward also.
