摘要: 应用常规资料、多普勒雷达及卫星云图资料，研究分析了2004年2月20日出现在华北久旱之后的一次大范围较强降雨过程。并探讨了常规探空资料与多普勒雷达探测资料相结合在人工增雨作业中的应用。

Abstract: Using doppler radar, satellite nephogram and traditional sounding data, a widespread rain event occurring in the North-China on Feb. 20, 2004 was analyzed, and the application of dopplar radar and sounding data on artificial precipitation enhancement operation by rocket was studied.
