A Discussion on the Eco-agricultural Ways for Comprehensive Agricultural Development in Huanghuaihai Plain

It was pioted out in this paper that comprehensive agricultural development in Huanghuaihai Plain must follow the ways of eco-agriculture.It was suggested that the problems in agricultural development should be solved accoding to the local conditions.Then the contents,principles,optimum models,and engineering technicals for eco-agricultural development in this area were put forwards.
