Studies on development of resource-saving animal husbandary in poor mountain areas--Experiment on introduction of Chinese White Geese

Development of resource-saving grass-eating animal husbandary is a way for solving the problem of grain shortage in poor mountain areas. A demonstration experiment was condueted to introduce Chinese white geese to poor mountain areas for the purpose of providing useful technics to farmers．The 5 years' work showed that developing small grass-eating animal husbandary in mountain areas is possible,providing a way for uti1ization of the grass and forest resources in mountain areas．
