Based on the analysis of feasible ways and limiting factors to agricultural sustainable development in China，the results suggest that the development should rely on scientific and technical progresses，improving market environment of agricultural operation，establishing a set of mscro-control systems favourable to sound development of agriculture，enhancing agricultural comparative benefits，pursuing high input．high efficiency and high benefit.
